All our pieces are bespoke, and are made to order within 6 weeks (with the exception of End of Year crafting times, which will are communicated in advance).
If you have selected a piece from our Ready To Propose, Ready To Wed or Ready To Wear collections, please allow 1-2 weeks for resizing (if required) before dispatch.

We offer a complimentary ring sizing kit, which allows you to determine your ring size with confidence before placing an order. You can order yours here.
If your ring isn’t the perfect fit, we offer one complimentary resize within the first 6 months of purchase (up to two sizes up or down). You can learn more about this policy and any specific resizing limitations here

The Jewel Concierge does not accept 'change of mind' refunds, credits or exchanges on any piece from our range of bespoke, made to order pieces (including but not limited to engagement rings, wedding rings, fine jewellery, loose diamonds and sale items).
We offer a 30 day exchange for all Ready To Wear pieces. This is only valid if the piece is unworn and in new condition, as it was at the time of purchase. You can refer to our full policy here
If you wish to cancel your order after purchasing, you may do so within 5 days of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 20% of your order's value will apply. Strictly no cancellations are permitted beyond this point.
Yes, we offer complimentary insured express shipping on all orders. Upon completion of your piece, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information for your package. Your parcel will also require a signature on delivery, so you are not home, your piece will be sent to the nearest post office where you will be able to collect it at your convenience.
Yes, we offer complimentary 1-on-1 virtual consultations. In your consultation we can discuss your dream piece, provide insight into our process, and answer any questions you may have.
