All our pieces are handcrafted to order within 6 weeks, with the exception of our Ready-to-Ship pieces which are available within 2 weeks.
We begin the process by creating a custom Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your piece. This contains your chosen diamond's exact measurements, to ensure a seamless fit within the setting. We print the CAD using 3D printing technology, creating a wax model of your ring which provides a precise foundation for the casting stage that follows.
The wax model is placed within a flask and surrounded by a fine plaster material known as investment. This is placed under vacuum conditions to remove air pockets, preserving the integrity of every detail.
The flask is then heated until the wax melts and evaporates, leaving a perfect hollow impression of your ring. Molten metal is poured into this cavity, where it cools and solidifies into the first metal form of your design.
Once cast, the ring begins its refinement. Our jewellers shape and polish the metal to achieve a smooth and shiny mirror finish that sets the tone for the final piece.
The setting is then prepared and expertly soldered to the band, creating a seamless and secure structure ready for stone setting.
This is the stage where your ring comes to life. Your centre diamond, along with any accent stones, is carefully seated and secured by hand. Each claw is shaped, tightened and refined using specialist tools to ensure long term stability and a flawless presentation.
Finally, rigorous quality control ensures every detail meets our highest standards.
Your ring is then placed in our signature packaging and sent on its way to be treasured by you forever.
