For pieces selected from our Ready to Propose, Ready to Wed, or Ready to Wear collections, please allow 1–2 weeks for resizing (if required) before dispatch.

A complimentary resize is included for all engagement and wedding rings within 6 months of receiving your piece, up or down a to a maximum of two sizes.

Yes, we proudly choose to only offer the highest quality certified lab-grown diamonds. All our lab-grown diamonds are IGI or GIA certified, and you will receive your certificate with your piece.
All lab-grown diamonds over 0.5 carats come with an IGI or GIA certificate. Diamonds smaller than 0.5 carats do not include a certificate, but rest assured they are of the same exceptional quality and sourced from the trusted suppliers we use for all our lab-grown diamonds.
Yes, we offer complimentary engraving on all our engagement rings and wedding bands. You can add your engraving request while designing your dream piece at no added cost.

All made to order pieces are final sale. This includes engagement rings, wedding rings, fine jewellery, loose stones and sale items.
These pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded due to change of mind.
Ready to Wear pieces
Ready to Wear pieces (labeled as "in stock and available within 2 weeks) can be exchanged within 30 days. Items must be unworn, in new condition and returned with full packaging.
Refunds are not offered for Ready to Wear pieces.

If you wish to cancel your order after purchasing, you may do so within 5 days of placing your order. A cancellation fee of 20% of your order's value will apply. Strictly no cancellations are permitted beyond this point.
Yes, We offer complimentary insured express shipping on all orders. Upon completion of your piece, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information for your package.
Yes, we offer complimentary 1-on-1 virtual consultations. In your consultation, we can discuss your dream piece, provide insight into our process, and answer any questions you may have.

Yes, we offer complimentary lifetime servicing for all our engagement rings, wedding rings and fine jewellery pieces. This includes a thorough inspection, professional clean & polish, as well as prong tightening (if required).

If your ring isn’t the perfect fit, we offer one complimentary resize within the first 6 months of purchase (up to two sizes up or down).Â
After the initial complimentary resize window, any additional resizing will incur a fee, starting at $70 AUD.

Of course you can. Our signature ring box is available to purchase should you need a replacement, so that you can keep your piece protected while at home or travelling.
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs to The Jewel Concierge for complimentary resizing or servicing.
Upon completion of the service, the customer will also be responsible for return shipping fees, which will be invoiced upon the arrival of the item at our workshop at a flat rate of $20 AUD for domestic shipments within Australia and $50 AUD for international shipments.
