yellow gold

Gold in its pure form comprises of 24 karats, which is far too soft to utilise in bridal jewellery, so it is alloyed with other metals to provide strength and durability, as well as to achieve varying colour hues.

14K Yellow Gold is made up of 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% alloy, Offering a softer golden tone that's perfect for fair skin tones. Its higher alloy content makes it more durable for everyday wear.

18K Yellow Gold is made up of 75% pure gold and 25% alloy, creating a richer, more luxurious golden hue. This higher gold content delivers exceptional colour depth that pairs beautifully with our lab-grown diamonds, making it the perfect choice for your forever ring.

white gold

White gold isn't naturally occurring, and is created by blending pure gold (which is naturally yellow) with premium white metal alloys such as palladium, to achieve its elegant silvery appearance. All our white gold pieces are finished with a rhodium plating that creates the signature bright, lustrous finish white gold is known for.

To maintain its stunning appearance, white gold benefits from re-rhodium plating approximately once yearly - a service we offer to help keep your piece looking as beautiful as the day you received it.

Just like with yellow gold, 14 karat contains 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% alloy, and 18 karat contains 75% pure gold and 25% alloy. Both 14 karat and 18 karat white gold look identical in appearance as they are plated in rhodium, so your choice comes down to preference for gold content and investment value.

ROSE GOLD

Romantic and distinctive, rose gold (also known as pink gold) has a warm pink hue that is created by blending pure gold with copper alloys, offering a vintage-inspired aesthetic that's both unique and timeless.

14K Rose Gold contains 58.3% pure gold and 41.7% copper alloys, creating a more pronounced pink hue due to the higher copper content. More affordable and durable, it's perfect for those seeking the rose gold look with enhanced everyday durability.

18K Rose Gold is made with 75% pure gold and 25% copper alloys, delivering a more subtle, elegant pink tone. The higher gold content provides superior quality and a more refined colour that develops a beautiful patina over time.

Rose gold isn’t considered hypoallergenic due to the significant amounts of copper alloy it contains, so it's worth noting it can be irritating to people with sensitive skin.

platinum

Platinum is naturally white, and is often considered the ultimate metal as it is denser and more durable than its gold counterparts.

Platinum rings won't tarnish or fade, won't require periodic rhodium plating, and will barely lose thickness over time. Our platinum comprises of 95% platinum and 5% alloy, making it very pure and of the highest quality.
