The Jewel Concierge was founded in 2024 by husband-and-wife duo Olivia and Omri. With over a decade of experience in Australia's jewellery industry, Olivia was determined to bring a long-held dream to life—one where she could design, create, and guide couples through one of life's most special journeys.
Throughout her career, Olivia fell in love with the artistry and emotion behind every piece of jewellery—the way a ring could capture a moment, a feeling, a promise. But she also witnessed how traditional jewellery shopping often felt overwhelming, impersonal, and inaccessible. She knew there had to be a better way—one that honoured craftsmanship and ethics without the luxury price tag that puts exceptional pieces out of reach.
What began as a personal passion became The Jewel Concierge, a brand built on love and shared with others who value beauty with purpose. Together with Omri, Olivia set out to redefine fine jewellery—creating bespoke, attainable pieces that never compromise on quality or ethics. Lab-grown diamonds became the cornerstone of this vision, offering a sustainable, conflict-free alternative without sacrificing brilliance or beauty.
