OUR BEGINNINGS
The Jewel Concierge was founded in 2024 by husband and wife duo Olivia and Omri. With more than a decade of experience in Australia's jewellery industry, Olivia was determined to bring a long held dream to life, one where she could design, create, and guide couples through an experience that feels truly personal.
Throughout her career, Olivia fell in love with the artistry and emotion behind every piece of jewellery. The way a ring could capture a moment, a feeling, a promise. Yet she also saw how traditional jewellery shopping often felt daunting and impersonal, leaving many unsure of where to begin. She believed there was a better way, one that honoured craftsmanship and ethics while remaining beautifully attainable.
What began as a personal passion soon became The Jewel Concierge, a brand shaped by love and shared with those who seek meaning in every detail. Together with Omri, Olivia set out to redefine fine jewellery by creating bespoke pieces that never compromise on quality, transparency, or intention.
Lab grown diamonds became the heart of this philosophy, offering a sustainable and conflict free alternative that retains every facet of brilliance and beauty.
